Product Overview

MetaCell® GoViral SFM is a serum-free medium specifically designed for vaccine production systems utilizing human diploid cells (such as MRC-5 and WI-38). It effectively supports viral amplification in these cells. When used in combination with a low-serum growth medium for diploid cells, MetaCell® GoViral SFM achieves cell proliferation levels and viral titers comparable to those obtained with traditional media containing 5–10% serum.

MetaCell® GoViral SFM is suitable for scientific research and large-scale, cell culture-based production of biological products. It is not intended for direct administration into humans or for use as a pharmaceutical product.
